I was trying to explain that in this book the meaning was different and all the animals and people were all equal. Since it was before the Google time, it took me a long stay on the top floor at Bobst Library to learn that <em><strong>French<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u201c<em><strong>tame&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>and <strong><em>Russian<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u201c<strong><em>\u043f\u0440\u0438\u0440\u0443\u0447\u0438\u0442\u044c&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 \u2014 <em><strong>&#8220;create trust&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> \u2014 have a different meaning than <em><strong>English<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<em><strong>\u201cto\u00a0<\/strong><strong><em>ta<\/em>me&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> which basically means to train an animal.<\/p>\n<p>The older I get, the more often this book that seemed so boring when I was little and my mother tried to open up my mind comes to mind.
